‘Eurovision – Australia Decides’ nominated for an AACTA Award

Blink TV are excited to share the news that ‘Eurovision – Australia Decides – Gold Coast 2020’ has been nominated in the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) Awards in the category of Best Entertainment Program.   The show, hosted by Joel Creasey and Myf Warhurst,  featured ten Australian artists performing original songs live, and the winner, Montaigne will represent Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Eurovision – Australia Decides – Gold Coast 2019 winner Kate Miller-Heidke went on to represent Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv.  Australia achieved the highest overall result in the 1st Semi Final and made it through to the Grand Final.
